Through a consent order/TPO, filed 2007, against Miller, by his daughter.(because of Incest and battery) Due to a loophole in the TPO, he gained visitation rights to his daughter's daughter. Mr. Miller's girlfriend discovered and disclosed that there are pictures, of his 7yr old grandaughter, on his computer. Mr. Miller was also in dekalb county court, 2007, for battery against his daughter. It was brought to the courts attention that Mr. Miller recorded pictures/video in incest acts with his daughter. From a "yahoo" chat site, under the name "Facesit102". Recorded admissions of his guilt are available. His daughter was threatened, and dropped the charges. He also sells drugs, has impersonated his daughter online, and taken his grand daughter across state lines to visit convicted felon, with a 6yr. conviction for a stay away/banishment from Ga., for rape/aggrevated stalking against the Mother.
Mr. Miller is a drug dealing, sexual predator, corporate tax cheat, and needs to be stopped before he "grooms" his granddaughter to take her mother's place, in a very sick "Cinderella" story of abuse.
